Assist in developing relationships with local employers; providing education regarding our community employment services and awareness of tax credit incentives, job modifications, implication of the Americans with Disabilities Act, etc. With individual, develop and implement employment support plans. Conduct Discovery activities to find the individual’s interests, skills and abilities to determine appropriate employment goal. Provide job development, on-site support and coaching as needed. Build natural supports in the workplace for clients to ensure successful long-term placements. Advocate for and pursue services as appropriate to meet the needs of the individual served. Attends team meetings for persons served. Provide transportation to the work site when necessary. Work flexible hours (weekends, evenings, and holidays included) as needed.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
