What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welcome to FirstCash position at First Cash and Careers?
Description
We are excited to have you join the FirstCash family! During this process, our Operations and Human Resources teams will be in contact with you to discuss the transition. It is our goal to make this transition as smooth as possible. We will work hard to keep the communication lines open and provide the support you need through this process.
We are asking that all employees complete the application process as soon as possible.
Once you have completed the application, the next step will be to complete the Background Check Authorization and Onboarding Packet. Please be on the lookout for information/communication related to these processes. HR will use 3 forms of communication to connect with you: Text, E-mail and/or phone.
Two-way communication will be key in the coming days and weeks, and we will have the resources dedicated to support communication. We will have HR Representatives specifically dedicated to helping you through this process. Please feel free to ask those people who communicate with you questions you may have. If they don’t know the answer, we will work hard to get you the information you are seeking.
