Buffet Attendant

About the Role:

As a Buffet  you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the breakfast service, ensuring that all food and beverage offerings are presented attractively and are replenished as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area, contributing to the overall ambiance of the hotel. By engaging with guests and providing exceptional customer service, you will help set the tone for their stay and enhance their overall satisfaction. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact guest impressions and contribute to the hotel's reputation for quality hospitality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work 4am - noon.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in food service or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented appealingly.
• Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast and assist them with any inquiries or special requests.
• Monitor food inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, utensils, and food stations.
• Collect feedback from guests to improve service and address any concerns promptly.
