As a Breakfast Hostess at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests. You will ensure the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and set up to meet high standards, while providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly as they enter the breakfast area. Provide assistance with seating and address any questions or special requests they may have.
- Food Service: Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all items are fresh, visually appealing, and properly stocked. Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene.
- Cleanliness: Ensure the breakfast area is clean and organized throughout service. Clean tables, chairs, and food stations regularly, and handle any spills or messes promptly.
- Safety and Hygiene: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Monitor food temperature and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of breakfast supplies and inform the appropriate staff when items need replenishing or restocking.
- Guest Experience: Address any issues or complaints from guests in a professional and timely manner. Strive to create a positive and memorable experience for all guests.

Qualifications:
