What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at First Carolina Management Inc As Agent For?
The bartender is responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operation of the bar. He/she takes drink orders from patrons or waitstaff and prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes. He/she also rings drink orders in the register, collects payments for drinks, and makes change. He/she may also wash and sterilize glassware, prepare garnishes for drinks as well as prepare and replenish appetizers.
