Role Description
The Universal Banker position is a full-time, on-site role located in Columbia, SC. The Universal Banker will serve as the face of the bank, assisting customers with a variety of financial needs, such as opening and managing accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, and supporting loan applications. The role includes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining compliance standards, and addressing client inquiries to provide personalized banking solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Deposits and basic knowledge of Loans
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in accurate Cash Handling operations
- Attention to detail and ability to follow banking regulations
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-first mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in finance or banking are a plus
- Previous banking or financial services experience is beneficial
