Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field; OR 2 years’ experience in banking or financial services
- Knowledge of banking regulations (State and Federal)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail oriented
- Prior banking or regulatory experience preferred
- Familiarity with required BSA documentation and regulatory compliance
Risk Management Requirements
- Understands and adheres to workplace policies, code of conduct, privacy, and information security guidelines
- Follows all applicable security procedures and regulatory requirements (Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act)
- Acts within authorized limits and role-specific policies and procedures
