Registered Nurse (RN) – Women's Health Clinic

Full-Time (32–40 Hours) | Palm Beach Gardens, FL

First Care Women’s Clinic is a Christian, pro-life organization seeking full-time, in-office Registered Nurses for our Palm Beach Gardens location. Candidates must support our mission and Christian values.

We provide compassionate medical care and support to women facing unexpected pregnancies. First Care does not perform or refer for abortions.

We are seeking experienced, compassionate nurses who want to make a meaningful difference in women's lives while developing specialized skills in obstetrical ultrasound.

No ultrasound experience required; we provide training!

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessments, pregnancy testing, and patient education.
• Perform abdominal and transvaginal ultrasounds following specialized training.
• Coordinate STI testing and treatment referrals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow established clinical protocols.
• Work collaboratively with our team to provide compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Commitment to our Christian, pro-life mission.
• OB/GYN experience and Spanish proficiency are a plus, but not required.

Schedule

• Full-time, 32–40 hours per week.
• In-office positions available in Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens.
