Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in York, PA. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with local foodservice establishments, driving sales growth across assigned territories, and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves conducting regular visits to prospects and current members, promoting FCRA services, and providing training on product offerings. Additional tasks may include creating sales plans, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, address concerns, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to deliver effective Training sessions and provide guidance on services offered
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Understanding of the restaurant or foodservice industry is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for regular travel within the territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- 2 Years experience as a buyer in the restaurant industry is preferred
