First Capital Residential is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic manager for a 96 unit property in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great leadership skills and experience in property management.
The successful candidate will have:
· Complete working knowledge of property management.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
· Highly-developed organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Social Media Savvy.
· Strong ability to market the property.
· Ability to work smart and effectively in a very fast-paced environment.
Qualified Candidate will also have a complete understanding of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing, MS Office and experience with Yardi Voyager a plus!
