REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience as a Bank Teller CSR, or similar role; preferably within the past 5 years
- Full time availability

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while providing excellent customer service
- Preserve the bank’s community spirit by actively engaging with all customers
- Introduce and sell bank products
- Proactively inform customers of additional products and self-service options (as appropriate), to enhance the customer experience and meet their financial needs
- Maintain a cash drawer, including cash handling and balancing
- Assist with other administrative/operational tasks, as requested by the Branch Manager
- Willingness to genuinely participate in a collaborative and supportive work environment
