IT Support (Tier 2) - Bozeman

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting IT issues for our clients, documenting IT-related information, and providing friendly and efficient customer service to end-users.

This position is a work from home position located in Bozeman, MT. This position will occasionally require the candidate to drive to client locations to resolve issues on-site.

Job Status: Full Time

Employee Type: Hourly

Pay: $28-$32/hr DOE

Travel/License Required: Yes 

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
