In-Home Nurse for Skilled Home Care Company - Direct Hire Opportunity!
We are recruiting for a FT Nurse to work for an established, reputable Medicaid Home Care organization located in Springfield, MO. Are you looking for a flexible schedule to include optional weekends? Earn up to $30.00 per visit!! Work in Springfield with possibility of some travel to Bolivar and Joplin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes
- Care for patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart and or respiratory conditions
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Regular health monitoring
- Post surgical care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation as a Home Health Nurse
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including other RNs, CNAs, social workers
Requirements:
- Current RN or LPN license and in good standing
- Reliable transportation; ability to travel within assigned territory
- Excellent communication and patient-family support skills
- Ability to provide skilled nursing care as a SKILLED NURSE
