We are hiring multiple technicians to support our state-of-the-art facility. In this role, you will ensure that industrial machinery and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and reliably by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a new manufacturing operation.Duties and Responsibilities:Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and complete repairs in a timely manner.Install, assemble, dismantle, or upgrade machinery and equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.Perform welding, fabrication, or calibration as needed.Operate specialized equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, or cranes when required.Document maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs accurately.Review equipment performance, suggest improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned.Required Skills and Abilities:Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.Proficiency in the use of hand tools, welding tools, and precision instruments.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Education and Experience:High school diploma or GED required.Associate degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Maintenance Technology, or a related field preferred.2 years of industrial maintenance experience (5 years preferred for senior-level candidates).Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and electrical controls.Welding and fabrication experience preferred.Experience operating forklifts, aerial lifts, or cranes is a plus.Why You’ll Love This Role:Competitive hourly wage based on experienceHands-on work with cutting-edge industrial machineryCareer growth in a collaborative, supportive environmentBe part of a start-up facility where your contributions are valuedPhysical Requirements:Stand, walk, use hands, lift up to 35 lbs regularlyOccasional bending, stooping, kneeling; heavier lifting with assistanceGood vision and the ability to recognize colorAfter Hire Benefits:Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance , Paid Time Off, Retirement, Vision Insurance Ready to join a dynamic team?
