First Call Staffing is hiring for a Customer Service Support Associate
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Pay Rate: $19.00

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Support Associate is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and operational support tasks to ensure smooth office functioning and exceptional customer service. This role supports internal teams, sales representatives, and external customers by managing critical daily tasks, maintaining communication, and adhering to core values and operational standards.
Administrative and Operational Support:
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks and send all orders to the warehouses daily within cutoff times.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to answer phones, transferring calls promptly and professionally.
  • Answer the front door and manage visitor interactions courteously.
  • Retrieve and distribute mail daily.
  • Order and maintain office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Customer Service Coordination:
  • Distribute emails received at client site to the appropriate Customer Service Representative (CSR) or group promptly.
  • Process third-party logistics (3PL) requests through all portals and emails from CSRs.
  • Update and maintain contact lists as provided by Sales Representatives.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing orders, distributing emails, and updating contact information.

  • Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges and ensure smooth office and service operations.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to providing excellent support and service to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Education & Experience:
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year in an administrative, customer service, or office support role preferred.
Physical Demands:
  • Sitting: Frequently (66% or more of the workday).
  • Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands to type, reach, and handle documents.
  • Occasional Lifting: Up to 25 lbs.
