What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at First Call Septic Service?

Someone who has a passion to make the customer experience great, not just someone to say answer the phone. Our company prides itself on the technology, response and ability to help our customers. The front line position of answering the phone is the first impression to the rest of the outstanding experience our company provides.
This is a Monday thru Friday position. 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Duties include:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Critical thinking
- Clear and concise communications with technicians
- Returning voicemails
- Scheduling routine septic maintenance and emergency calls
- Logistics skills desired
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multi-phone line system
- Electronic filing of documents
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words
- Heavy level of attention to detail (specifically to spelling and data input)
- Ability to learn Service Titan (scheduling software)
After 90 days of employment, health insurance is available.
