Role: HVAC Sales Project Manager
Summary: This role is responsible for selling new installs to customers and managing sold projects until the customer is 100% satisfied.

Hit sales goals on a consistent basis and provide work for install technicians to complete.
What it will take:
- Take as many customer appointments as possible and sharpen sales skills to sell more projects.
- Leave an estimate with the customer on every appointment.
- Use follow up phone calls, emails, and texts to provide a seamless customer experience.

Have all jobs completed on time with a happy customer, satisfied technician, and 40% gross margin.
What it will take:
- Complete all research, project preparation, and paperwork in a timely manner so that the warehouse, technicians, and dispatch have all the necessary information to complete the project.
- Inform management of sold projects immediately after the customer's approval.
- Conduct a follow-up visit after the project is finished to meet with the customer. Make sure they are satisfied with the project and ask for a referral.

The right person for this role will meet the following criteria:
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical(not required but strongly preferred)
