Position Summary
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate is friendly, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a love for specialty coffees and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Restock supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior barista/coffee shop experience preferred but not required (we will train the right person)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player
- Availability for mornings, weekends, and flexible shifts
Compensation & Benefits
- $16/hour starting pay
- Part-time hours (no insurance benefits) and paid training
