Duties & Responsibilities:

· Be knowledgeable of products First Breach offers to ensure marketing techniques are geared to the correct market.

· Plan and create programs and material to set the First Breach brand and reach a larger audience.

· Identify sponsorship opportunities that spread the First Breach name and brand.

· Perform research to determine target markets and plan on how to reach specific target markets.

· Have creative techniques for marketing material and be proficient on all social media platforms, media, blog postings, etc.

· Analyze data to determine effectiveness of techniques and adjust accordingly.

· Provide trackable data on how well each marketing technique works.

· Create database of marketing ideas to propose for release.

· Work closely with the sales department and other managers to ensure marketing techniques are generating or increasing sales.

· Provide fresh and new ideas on processes that may help the sales and marketing relationship.

· Coordinate with HR any visitations to First Breach that are generated from marketing strategies.

Specifications/Qualifications:

· 5 years of experience in strategic marketing

· Bachelor’s degree in communications, media, or another related field

· Experience using a CRM system (ODOO), Microsoft Office, and Social Media applications

· Strong organizational methods, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Professional and effective communication skills

· Ability to abide by confidentiality regulations provided by the company

· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player

· Ability to adjust to company and market needs as they evolve

· Must be dependable, punctual, and proactive

· Must have the ability to travel and create new opportunities for the company

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, an employe may be exposed to moving mechanical parts; extreme heat; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and may require hearing protection to be worn in the work area. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) can be provided.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to wear ear plugs, earmuffs and a half-mask type respirator, if applicable
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 25 lbs. unaided
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 3 hours at a time
• Ability to occasionally kneel, crouch, bend or extend reach as required to perform tasks

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
