Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help promote the mission and values of First Baptist School of Charleston by managing marketing initiatives, creating engaging content, and enhancing our school’s visibility in the community. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about education and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote enrollment, events, and school programs.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and the school website.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to gather stories, photos, and updates to share with the school community.
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and event promotions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printing, advertising, and other marketing needs.
• Assist in planning and promoting school events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for education and alignment with the mission and values of First Baptist School of Charleston.
