Corporate Trainer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers training sessions on banking products, sales techniques, compliance, customer service, core banking systems, and conducting iPad and ITM demonstrations.
• Understands and instructs on the integration of digital channels into the customer experience.
• Develops onboarding programs for new hires and refresher courses for existing employees.
• Conducts needs analysis and identifies performance gaps across branches or retail teams.
• Creates and updates training and resource materials including Wiki pages and iSpring videos.
• Ensures all training content complies with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs via assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Collaborates with branch managers and team leads to identify training needs and aligns learning objectives with business goals.
• Maintains accurate training records and provides reports to Executive Management.
• Stays updated on bank products, compliance and regulatory changes, fraud risk, and software.
• Tailors training style to different learning styles as necessary.
• Protects the bank and clients by following company policies and procedures and completing required BSA and compliance courses.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

• Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00 (Additional hours may be required for company meetings or training.)
• Job Arrangement: Full-time, permanent
• Travel Requirement: The job requires travel to all branches.
• Remote Work: Not feasible
• Physical Effort: May require standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Environmental Conditions: No adverse environmental conditions expected.
• Client Facing Role: No, but occasionally will assist clients with complex questions and concerns.

Salary : $22 - $25
