In this Role You Will
- Drive Profitability: Lead, plan, and execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and client loyalty. Grow branch revenue through the acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households. Maintain a foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement.
- Networking: Effectively lead internal and external partnerships to drive business banking results through business development and community involvement activities.
- Client Interactions: Ensure the delivery of a differentiated client experience. Coach the team to engage confidently with clients in technology-enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice-oriented consultations that improve client financial well-being.Lead effective problem resolution, making banking easy for clients. Connect all of First Bank's solutions to deliver a seamless client experience in a multi-channel environment.
- Coaching/Managing: Acquire and retain talent through effective onboarding, coaching, and development. Coach consultative selling to drive results and enable client financial well-being.
- Compliance/Risk: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures. Exercise leadership, authority, and sound decision-making to mitigate sales practice risk.

- High School diploma or Equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of three years previous sales/customer service experience and/or training, banking sales/customer service experience preferred
- Minimum of three years consumer and/or mortgage lending experience
- Effective selling and referral skills
- Minimum three years branch operations/risk management experience
- At least one year previous management/supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and services
- Must be registered under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) or become registered upon hire
- L - D license strongly preferred, Series 6 license a real plus
- Multi-lingual, a real plus
