Treasury Management Specialist


We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Treasury Management Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in fostering and expanding our depository and online banking relationships within the business community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional Treasury Management services, supporting our clients' financial needs, and contributing to the growth of our banking solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and expand depository and online banking relationships with business clients

- Deliver comprehensive Treasury Management services, including Business Online Banking products such as ACH, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, and Bill Pay

- Collaborate with Commercial Banking Officers and other departments to implement banking products effectively

- Provide expert support, training, and guidance to customers on Treasury Management solutions

- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through ongoing communication and service excellence

- Cross-sell and promote Online Banking products to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth

- Monitor and manage the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and product adoption

- Stay informed about industry trends and new Treasury Management products to offer innovative solutions

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong understanding of business online banking systems and procedures.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales and drive revenue.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and procedural adherence.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured required if driving.
• Position requires attendance at meetings.
• This role requires a proactive and knowledgeable individual who can effectively manage and grow business banking    relationships, deliver high-quality service, and contribute to the Bank’s financial objectives.
