Position Summary
Our Tellers have a passion for building relationships, filling customer needs and delivering
excellent customer service. The person in this position is the face of First Bank Texas and uses
their creativity, curiosity, and relationship skills to exceed customer expectations.
You will provide great service and accurate processing, while adhering to established Bank
policies, procedures, and objectives. Performs any function, within scope of authority and
expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers.
We strive for excellence in conducting needs-based conversations to identify solutions for
customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service
Accurate and efficient processing of various teller transactions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify cross-selling opportunities through needs-based conversations
- Resolves customer inquiries using problem solving skills while following bank
procedures
Desired Qualifications
- At least three (1) year cash handling experience
- Comfortable on camera while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Experience and enthusiasm for serving customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and listening proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
