You will provide services related to a member’s physical requirements for assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) according to an authorized plan of care. Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Providing excellent, resident-centered personal care, including hands-on assistance with showering, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Daily Support Services: Helping with meal service, laundry, housekeeping, and other supportive tasks as assigned.
- Team Collaboration: Working with independence, flexibility, and good judgment as an integral part of our clinical team to maintain a safe, positive environment for all residents.
