What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Part-Time Clerical Support/Business Resource to perform routine administrative tasks and help as a business resource in other departments.
The Part Time Clerical Support will pull files from storage, scan them and index them in our software system for our Operations Department at our Eatontown Headquarters. In addition, will provide clerical support as needed to other departments such as: filing and purging personnel files, scanning documents as we transition to a paperless environment, sorting and delivering mail, and other duties as assigned.
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Sending faxes
Making copies
Filing documents
Creating records
Checking and sending mail and email
Typing correspondence
Using computers
Doing basic math
Keeping an inventory of supplies
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs, stand for extended periods of time.
Basic computer skills are required.
Some experience is required.
