Assist in the development of account plan strategy to identify key sales opportunities with existing and potential clients to drive retention and growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Assists with coordinating action plans with multiple internal entities. Job may have sales and business development role in addition to service role. Manages implementation activities and ongoing training to clients, based on knowledge of client business requirements and product knowledge.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- In partnership with Account Manager/Sales and/or working directly with clients, develops ongoing customer relationships
- Provide full range of services to assigned accounts, including customer service, training, reporting, and providing solutions to customer problems
- Act as liaison to other internal and external entities
- May provide support to higher level Account Managers
- Actively create sales opportunities
- Gather data and provide information to answer questions and respond to inquiries
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- High school diploma; some college preferred
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide solutions
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
