Title Assistant (Remote – Mountain Time / Wyoming Team)
First American is looking to add a Title Assistant to our growing Wyoming team. This is a remote opportunity for candidates who are able to work Mountain Time hours.
In this role, you’ll dive into your passion for history, research, and real estate while supporting a high-performing Title team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, playing a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient title processing that supports our customers and partners in the residential real estate space.

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.

What You’ll Do
- Gather and analyze information to help resolve title issues
- Search, examine, and interpret real estate records and documents
- Audit calculations and legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and communicate recording information and legal property documentation
- Maintain detailed and organized title files and research records
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers
- A passion for helping customers with a positive, professional attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- A problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Natural curiosity and interest in researching property and transaction history
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of title or related experience preferred
