Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.

What You'll Do
- Complete closing and escrow processes for commercial transactions.
- Communicate with multiple parties across multiple locations to successfully complete transactions.
- Work cross-functionally to monitor and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service and solve unique issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of escrow/title experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
