What We Do
The intern will work in a program designed to help college students gain experience and develop the technology, professional and interpersonal skills to use throughout their career. First American Interns work in a corporate environment within the Financial/Title Industry—balanced with intern-specific activities, executive level presentations and networking opportunities—while under the close supervision and guidance of a manager and/or mentor. Undergraduate students are assigned significant work assignments to support a specific business function within Marketing, Human Resources, IT, Accounting and Finance.
What You’ll Do
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.

What You’ll Do
- Create, manage, and support custom GPTs and other AI-powered tools to enhance operational efficiency and drive business initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to identify AI opportunities and support implementation efforts
- Document AI initiatives, including use cases, requirements, and outcomes, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders
- Define and track measurable business value for AI initiatives, including performance metrics and ROI
- Develop clear and concise summaries and updates on AI initiatives for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Support the development, definition, and ongoing maintenance of the Lender Division AI engagement strategy
- Communicate AI strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively across teams to ensure alignment and adoption
- Stay informed on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve internal capabilities
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, product management, and business strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., GPT-based platforms)
- An interest and willingness to learn about the Mortgage, Real Estate, Financial, Title Insurance or related industries.
- The ability to solve problems, be detailed oriented and be conscientious about all work completed.
- An ingrained concern for the customer and representing our Company in the best professional manner as possible.
