Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Rio Rancho, NM. Key responsibilities include assisting clients throughout the mortgage loan application process, originating and processing loan applications, evaluating financial information, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and lender requirements. The Mortgage Loan Originator will also work collaboratively with customers to find suitable mortgage solutions tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and general loan processes
- Proficiency in evaluating financial documentation
- Strong knowledge of Finance principles, policies, and mortgage-related regulations
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in banking, mortgage services, or a similar industry is highly desirable
