What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Firo Pizza - Copper Creek Farms LLC?
Our Crew Members take pride in every pizza, every plate served, greeting each customer with a warm welcome! Daily tasks include: taking guest orders, food prep, ensuring freshness of all products, setting up/maintaining of supplies - all key components of the restaurant’s success ensuring Guest satisfaction at Firo Fire Kissed Pizza!
Requirements/Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer contact experience, restaurant industry preferred.
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
Ability to work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day.
Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis.
Must be 18 years or older.
