About the Role
Manage complex heart failure patients using evidence-based therapies.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostic and treatment planning for HF patients
- Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, pharmacists, and care teams
- Contribute to program development and expansion of heart failure services
- Maintain high standards of patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- MD/DO with completed cardiology fellowship
- Advanced training or certification in Heart Failure/Transplant Cardiology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Strong clinical and team collaboration skills
Required Skills
- Cardiac imaging (MRI, advanced echo)
- Experience with clinical trials or research
- Familiarity with advanced HF therapies and guidelines

Pay range and compensation package
Competitive base salary ranging from $250K–$450K annually depending on experience, along with wRVU productivity bonuses.
