Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families through evidence-based behavioral interventions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial behavioral assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs
- Analyze treatment effectiveness and modify interventions as needed to ensure client progress
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and support to Behavior Technicians and other direct-care staff
- Coordinate treatment services and evaluate staff performance in alignment with IEP and IFSP goals
- Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to guide treatment decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and clinical records
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to support client success
- Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and organizational standards
Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Current and active BCBA certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team
Preferred
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental and behavioral needs
- Strong data analysis and treatment planning skills
