We fix what’s under the house — foundations, crawlspaces, basements, drainage, and concrete — and we back our work with warranties up to 25 years. What You’ll Do
- Run scheduled appointments at homeowners’ properties — we provide the leads, you don’t cold call or knock doors
- Inspect foundations, crawlspaces, and basements and identify the root cause of the problem
- Measure, diagnose, and build an accurate repair estimate on site
- Present your findings and pricing to the homeowner and earn the job
- Hand off clean, complete paperwork so our crews can install it right
- Follow up with homeowners who need time to decide

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Foundation or construction background is a equired
Pay
Our top performers earn $85,000 – $180,000 per year.
