Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide engaging product demonstrations to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented and accessible
- Conduct regular range inspections to uphold safety protocols and ensure all equipment is in proper working order
- Support upselling initiatives by recommending additional products or services to meet customer needs and boost sales
- Manage inventory levels through stock counts, reporting shortages, and assisting with product replenishment
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Fill out all federal forms accurately and neatly
- Be able Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long hours.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience required preferrably 3 years.
- Familiarity with basic retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual Spanish capabilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, product demos, and upselling techniques
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions
