Job Summary:

Fireworks Over America is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to safely load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse. The Forklift Operator plays a critical role in inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts (stand-up), pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Move, stack, and organize materials, products, and pallets in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Assist with receiving, staging, and transferring inventory.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper placement and handling of materials.
• Follow all OSHA, company safety policies, and forklift certification requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Previous forklift driving experience preferred (warehouse or distribution environment).
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to lift, move, or handle materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for safe forklift operation.

Working Conditions: 

Pay: The pay for this position will be based on experience
