Ingram Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Intern to assist in the management of the digital presence for three distinct brands within our organization (e.g., Pyro Spectaculars, Fireworks Supermarket, Fireworks Over America). The ideal candidate is a multimedia expert who excels at crafting engaging, brand-specific content and managing communication across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and SMS.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content & Social Media Management
- Creative Content Generation: Conceptualize, write, and design engaging, on-brand content (copy, graphics, short videos) for all digital platforms, ensuring unique messaging for each of the three company entities.
- Video Editing: Execute quick-turnaround video editing tasks for social media and advertising, utilizing platforms like CapCut or equivalent mobile/desktop editing software.
- Copywriting: Develop compelling, error-free copy for all social media captions, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Assist in managing the daily content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement for multiple brand social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
- Monitor performance metrics (impressions, engagement, conversions) and contribute to monthly reporting and strategy adjustments.
2. Email Marketing
- Design, build, and deploy high-performing email marketing campaigns, including promotional blasts, newsletters, and triggered automation sequences.
- Platform Experience: Experience managing email distribution lists and creating dynamic creative within an email service provider (ESP) such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar is strongly preferred.
- List Hygiene: Maintain and segment distribution lists to ensure optimal deliverability and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an accredited university studying marketing, digital media, or related field.
- Experience in a digital marketing or social media content creation role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands or entities concurrently; strong multitasking and prioritization skills are a must.
- Strong written communication skills with a proven ability to craft unique, engaging, and professional content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.) for creating short, social-ready clips.
- Demonstrable experience managing email marketing platforms (Constant Contact experience is a significant plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with basic graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Canva Pro or Adobe Express)
- Experience in the retail or entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising a plus.
