Job Overview
We are a small, tight-knit dental practice where patient comfort is our priority, and clear communication is key. We’re on the hunt for a meticulous, energetic Sterilization Technician to join our crew and keep our clinical engine running flawlessly.
What You'll Be Doing:
- The Wipe Down & Wash: Master the art of breaking down treatment rooms, sorting instruments, and ultrasonic cleaning.
- The Autoclave Symphony: Load, run, and monitor our sterilization equipment like a pro. If it doesn't beep perfectly, you're on it.
- Organizing Champion: Restock treatment rooms and keep inventory beautifully organized. If someone needs a mirror or a specific explorer, you know exactly where it lives.
- Team Player Extraordinaire: Step in to help the clinical team with quick room turnarounds or a friendly hand when things get busy.
Who You Are:
- Detail-Obsessed: You get genuine satisfaction from a perfectly organized tray and things that are spotlessly clean.
- Energetic & Quick on Your Feet: You enjoy staying active and moving throughout the day.
- No Experience? No Problem: Dental or sterilization experience is a massive plus, but if you have a killer work ethic, a sharp eye for detail, and a desire to learn, we will train the right person!
