Ideal candidates for the position of General Manager will possess:
· 3 to 5 Years of Experience Leading Teams in High-Volume Kitchens
· Culinary Degree or Equivalent Training and/ or Experience
· Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
· Proven Ability to Manage a P&L
· Advanced Knowledge of Recipe Development, Standard Operating Procedures, and Food Safety
