Invest in students. Build confidence. Change futures.

Firewall Centers is looking for a passionate, organized, and relational Success Coach who loves working with students and wants to make a real difference. What You’ll Do

• Coach students through goal-setting, academic challenges, and personal growth.

• Track progress and provide accountability, encouragement, and support.

• Lead groups and lessons focused on leadership, stress management, and life skills.

• Partner with families, teachers, and staff to ensure students receive strong, consistent support.

• Help maintain a positive, structured, and mission-driven center environment.

What We’re Looking For

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Experience working with middle and/or high school students.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities.

• Heart for students and a passion for community impact.

At Firewall Centers, you’re not just supporting academics — you’re helping students believe in themselves and succeed in life. If that excites you, we’d love for you to apply!
