- Electrical Expertise: Strong, proven knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, with the ability to easily interpret complex technical manuals and electrical schematics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnostic equipment, hand/power tools, and a solid understanding of heavy truck hydraulics and brake systems.
- Organization & Communication: Detail-oriented with strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Fleet Management Systems, Email) and the ability to communicate clearly with peers and supervisors.
- The Basics: A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and you must provide your own hand tools & toolbox.
