Hello, beerslinger! We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bar Supervisor to help lead Firetrucker’s “beertending” team with enthusiasm, personality, and professionalism! So what’cha gotta do? Well, friend, you’ll assist in overseeing daily bar operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a fun, lively, welcoming atmosphere. We also need ya to help drive our team’s performance, uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness, and work with the Tap Room Manager to deliver an outstanding experience for our guests. Responsibilities
- Supervise bar operations, ensuring efficient service during all shifts
- Lead and motivate staff to keep our high-performing team performing at its best
- Handle cash/card transactions accurately using the Arryved POS systems; manage cash handling for opening & closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times
- Monitor customer service levels to guarantee guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, shift scheduling, and operational improvements
- Maintain a vibrant atmosphere that encourages guest engagement while managing the pace of service
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within the food & beverage service or hospitality industry
- Experience with POS systems for transactions and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Skilled in cash handling, shift management, and brewery operations oversight
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, fun, and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality management best practices
