Description

  • First point of contact for service calls dealing with extinguishers and suppression.
  • Find parts and pricing for extinguisher and suppression.
  • Create work orders for service requests from call ins.
  • Assist in scheduling extinguisher and suppression inspections.
  • Schedule repair work orders.
  • Create tickets for parts orders.
  • Review completed work orders with issues.
  • Assist accounting on moving cost/labor issues.
  • Create locations/customers on CLSS.

Requirements

FEL-A (suppression license

At least 5 years’ experience with extinguishers and suppression systems
