General Administrator

Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a General Administrator to join our team. As a General Administrator, you will work under the direction of the office Manager and District General Manager, performing various administrative functions in accordance with established procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

· Answering phones and providing excellent customer service

· Monitoring and reviewing inspection reports, work orders, impairment and correction notices.

· Tag reporting for compliance engine and other entities that require reporting

· Providing backup support for the department team when needed

Additional duties will be assigned once you become familiar with our systems and processes. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent organizational skills who can work well with direction and is flexible to learn new things.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Past accounting experience is preferred

· Strong computer skills

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to manage time and resources efficiently

· Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
