Role Description
We are seeking a Fire Alarm Service Technician for a full-time, on-site position located in Atlanta, GA. The Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fire alarm systems, troubleshooting system issues on-site, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations. Other responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, conducting field service visits, and maintaining service documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, and Repair of fire alarm and life safety systems
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
- Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site system servicing, installation, and inspections
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
- Proven record of providing excellent Customer Service and care.
- Detail-oriented and capable of performing routine Maintenance tasks with high accuracy
- Knowledge of fire safety codes and regulatory standards is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/manufacturer training or industry certification in fire alarm systems is preferred
- Must be able to satisfy Government, Federal and Customs background check requirements.
