Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm and Security Service Technician to join our team. Responsibilities- Conduct routine maintenance and repair of fire alarm and security systems
- Have knowledge of multiple manufacturers for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and security systems
- Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance reports
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff regarding project status and scheduling
- Follow company safety procedures and protocols
- Keep up-to-date on the latest fire alarm system technologies and products
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Texas State Fire Marshal licensing (FAL) or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fire alarm and security service and maintenance
- Possess a strong knowledge of fire alarm and security systems and their components
- Familiarity with local and national fire codes and regulations
- Ability to perform physical labor and work at heights in a safe and efficient manner
