What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director position at FIRETREE LTD?
Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide the Facility Director operational support where needed. The Assistant Director duties may not be the same across all RRC facilities, especially where a Federal Bureau of Prisons contract is in place.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Monitor compliance with referring jurisdictions directives/contractual requirements.
- Development and implementation of resident treatment programming, as appropriate.
- Oversee resident disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor compliance with program policies and procedures.
- Administer personnel management and development of staff training programming.
- Investigate employee disciplinary problems.
- Assure resident accountability.
- Oversee the preparation of staff schedules and rosters.
- Direct classification/case review conference committee.
- Develop resources for resident community service.
- Tour the facility daily and monitor safety, sanitation, and maintenance.
- Review the Policy and Procedures Manual on a quarterly basis.
- Assist in community relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
