What You’ll Do
- Greet fans warmly upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
- Demonstrate knowledge of restaurant events, policies, reservations, and menu options.
- Perform all Bistro roles, including supporting scheduling changes and opening/closing duties.
- Comply with health and safety regulations for Team Members and fans.
- Assist with POS processing for fans, peers, and management.
- Communicate labor/service needs effectively to managers, kitchen team, and crew members.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with management to guide and train Bistro Crew Members.
- Lead the team through delegation and schedule support.
- Excel in a fast-paced, team environment with short time constraints.
- Monitor fan dining experience and respond promptly to requests.
