As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every visit is warm, welcoming, and memorable.

As a Hostess / Host at Fireside Steakhouse, you’ll be the friendly face that sets the tone for our guests’ dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing reservations, walk-ins, cancellations, and special requests.
• Answering phone calls and assisting guests with inquiries.
• Coordinating seating arrangements to ensure smooth dining room operations.
• Monitoring table availability and keeping the dining room flow efficient.
• Maintaining accurate reservation records and communicating guest preferences to the service team.
• Handling guest concerns and special requests with discretion and care.
• Keeping the host stand and entrance area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Providing exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or upscale environment (1 year preferred).
• Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service periods.
• Comfort with answering phones and managing reservations.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn reservation systems.

• A polished, professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
